Review of Cartagena’s Rosario Islands boat tour, with snorkeling, Cholón, Playa Blanca, lunch, costs, safety tips, and who should book.

“Booked 24 hours in advance. Received confirmation through What’s App informing location, time, and to bring ID. Arrived to the site to confirm and check in ONLY for the company to day they “overbooked” and offered to cancel or rebook the next day. I couldn’t rebook for 1/3 as I leave to go back to the US. So then gentleman took our info so we could cancel. NEVER AGAIN!!”

“We had so much fun with the beautiful scenery, music, and open bar! Lots of people crowded the roof deck and the front part of the boat, so we basically had a huge shaded area with a gorgeous view on the lower floor of the boat. We absolutely loved this activity, it was a highlight of our trip, 100% would do again.”

Review of Barú’s full-day mangrove, snorkel, sunset, and plankton tour, with practical advice on transport, lunch, value, and tour quality.

“Fatal! Estafaaaaa total. Nos lanzaron en el peor punto de la playa 7 horas sin explicarnos nada (freedom spot ) sucio, mal trato de los encargados ( Maria, Luis, Adriana) lo único que valia la pena fueron los mapaches y nos dejaron 10 min solamente. Y en la noche al momento del Plancton llenaron las embarcaciones de personas a reventar, no cumplen con ninguna medida de seguridad. TODO FUE MALO! UN ROBO ….”

★★★★★★★★★★4.1 · 76 reviews · 2 hours · from $49

Watch Cartagena’s sunset from the Bequia with rum, dancing, live entertainment, and bay views, while weighing the dock tax and drink limits.

“The activity was great! The drinks were good and the entertainment was nice. The directions were helpful, especially getting there early enough to pay the port taxes. The only issue was being able to find the boat we were going to be on which could be communicated better. I would like to at least know the name of the vessel prior to arriving! The staff around the dock were pretty helpful in locating the ship after asking around.”

Party Boat in Cartagena Bay with NightClub Ticket

14.Party Boat in Cartagena Bay with NightClub Ticket

★★★★★★★★★★4.2 · 52 reviews

Party across Cartagena Bay at sunset with an open bar, Colombian dancing, live entertainment, and a nightclub ticket.

“Per se a nice event, only it’s not a “sunset boat trip” as you actually do not see the sunset. The boat only covers a few hundred meters without leaving the bay so that the sunset is hidden by Bocagrande’ skyscrapers. Drinks were pretty simple too (rum and coke) but music was great and vibes on the boat were cool.”
