“The Brewery Experience could have been a lot better if we had time originally booked. Our driver failed to arrive until 35 minutes after our pick up time. He arrived at 14.20 instead of 13.45. We were booked into Brewery for 14.30 but, arrived at 14.45!! He then told us we would have to leave at 16.15 or “GET A TAXI BACK”. To say I was annoyed is an understatement. This problem could not be blamed on the Brewery Experience company but, the company issued with our paid for pick up/return. In this case it was not worth the money paid”
