“Picked up from the hotel at 0745 did a few other prick up near the hotel then an hours drive. Driver took us to the wrong side of the river and eventually we arrived at 0850 for a tour that was supposed to start at 0830. As we arrived we were told we had to leave all drinks including water off the boat (handed back after the tour) not good and a subtle way of us buying water from them. They then charged us 4 euro for the waterfall access which was included. Eventually we left at 0950 after waiting on the boat for an hour whilst others arrived :(…”
